Every legacy begins with a decision.
Every company has a beginning. Ours began long before Jireh was officially founded — it began with preparation.
Long before founding Jireh, preparation had already become a way of life. Our founder earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Human Resources, and an MBA in Executive Secretariat. She also embraced continuous self-directed learning, including mastering four languages over time.
After moving to the United States in 2019, she gained professional experience in hospitality, developing the discipline, operational standards, and attention to detail that continue to define Jireh today.
Motherhood, the pandemic, and a temporary return to Brazil became a season of resilience and growth. Returning to the United States marked a new beginning.
2024 — The Birth of Jireh
A long-held vision became Jireh. Supported by her husband — who believed in the dream before the company existed — and inspired by the desire to build a better future for her son, Jireh was founded on enduring principles: Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Continuous Learning, and Service. Today our journey continues, and so does our commitment to serving with excellence.

Our founder's journey reflects that philosophy: a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, two MBA degrees, multilingual communication skills, international professional experience, and hands-on operational leadership have shaped a management style that values both strategic thinking and practical execution.
Before Jireh — She worked in hospitality, where she learned the importance of operational standards, consistency, presentation, and attention to detail. Earlier in her career, she also gained experience in corporate administration and bilingual executive support within an international export company — strengthening her understanding of professionalism, communication, and organizational excellence.
Every experience, course, language, and challenge has prepared us to serve with greater excellence.
